NEW CycleFit Program

CycleFit is a three-month program ideal for young athletes looking to stay fit and compliment their primary sport while staying connected and having fun. Are you a hockey player, swimmer, figure skater, dancer, or soccer player, but cannot participate in your sport right now? CycleFit is an excellent cross training activity that helps maintain your fitness level, boost endurance, speed and strength. All they need is their bike (dont need a fancy racing bike), we can assist with everything else through our partners.

Kids are suffering throughout Covid 19, and this program can assist by providing:

  • Structured and active virtual and some socially distanced activities
  • Delivered by experts
  • Social interaction
  • Have Fun
