		<description><![CDATA[[...] So yours truly has been officially knighted Sir Cycling Coach this past weekend. You have to admit, Coach Dave has a ring to it. Coaching is nothing new for me, but coaching cycling is a new dimension. I&#8217;m pretty stoked to start using my refined toolbox of skills with the NCCH Development Group kids. They&#8217;re a fairly sizeable group of 11-16 year olds, all beginners to the lovely world of cycling. Though I&#8217;m in my 20s, my maturity fits right in with these kids and they&#8217;re a freakin&#8217; blast to work with.
