Trillium Tri-Cycle Program

CHCH National Cycling Centre Hamilton is delighted to announce that Mr Chris Gray has been appointed as the Tri-Cycle Schools Program Coordinator.

President Mr Lloyd Fairbairn said ‘Chris comes to us with a very strong formal background, exceptional communication skills, along with a refreshing passion for the development of both Cycling & Triathlon. Chris will be responsible for ‘systemizing’ the program, making contacts within the school system, and delivering the program with casual staff and volunteers’.

“This is the most exciting initiative to happen at the Centre and we are confident that this program will assist in a growth spurt in the numbers of junior cyclists and triathletes’ he said.

Chris will relocate to the Hamilton area in the New Year.

As part of the Trillium funding and in collaboration with the Hammer Heads Triathlon Club, a new Computrainer Studio will be purchased early in the New Year.

This will give us much more capacity to service our growing membership, and with the Tri-Cycle Program to kick off in February, and we expect a huge influx of junior members.
